The Associate of Arts degree in Kinesiology parallels the first two years of study of Kinesiology baccalaureate programs at state colleges and universities in Texas. The associate degree requires 48 semester credit hours of courses from the Core Curriculum, plus 15 semester credit hours of kinesiology.

  • Describe fundamentals of Kinesiology, including anatomy and Physiology, health promotion, physiological response to exercise, and the mechanics of movement.

    conditioning programs.
